Bert Technologies was founded by Phil Dineen in 1989.

The first product lines we offered to our customers were a family of Bit Error Rate testers, are also known as BERT testers, hence the name BERT Technologies.

The company has seen many changes over the years, but one constant remains, our intense desire to offer "Best of Breed" products and solutions to our clients, while offering unparalled service with the highest degree of integrity.

Our offices are located in Mill Creek, Washington and we have customers and clients throughout the western half on the United States.

We offer products and services as either a manufactures representative, or a value added reseller.

As a manufactures representative, we act as an extention of the supplier account management team, with a slight twist. As a manufactures representative, Bert Technologies is a liaison between the manufacture and you, the client. We understand that the best way to grow our repeat business is by taking care of you, the client.

Our second method is as a value added reseller. We are very careful to offer products and services from only a small  quantity of companies, so we can properly focus out time and attention to provide great service.
