August 2009-After many years of talk and hype-the ratification of IEEE1588v2 standard is starting to  make serious strides in the marketplace. We are working with several NEMS and service providers in thier ethernet backhaul initiatives. From what we are experiencing, this new standard will finally help facilitate carriers and their desire to backhaul and more traffic from traditional TDM to a packet based network.

August 2009-Bert Technologies has finalized purchases and is starting to assist in the deployment of a nationwide sync upgrade for a national wireless provider. Once this project is complete the client will have improved network timing which will help with their SLA capabilities to their clients

March 2009-Activities and business is really active in the Utility market place as Utilities are focusing on new access technologies to provide more badwidth and more flexibility to their clients needs. We are working closely with several clients to provide appropriate syncronization, test and managemetn solutions to meet these new builouts of their networks.

January 2008-We are completing a trial with a service provider who is offering Ethernet Backhaul services. Thius service provider is using Accedian's NIDs to help manage and turn up their services. Nov 2008-We are working with a service provider who needs carrier class NTP to turn up and guarantee 100% reliability of their IPTV Network. One major goal is to assure that in the event of a power outage they can assure that all set boxes will come up immediately after the power outage. Symmetricom's NTP blades is the solution.
